It could be your daughter negotiating with you for that ‘Doll’ or you are negotiating with your client at your profession or your negotiation with another country administration and of course many other such situations that you encounter every day in your real life. Can you imagine a day without negotiation?
Negotiation is about knowing what you want, going after it, and respecting the other person in the process. Good negotiation is just not winning in your favour but is to build professional relationships rather than burning bridges on your way out of the negotiation table
