Wherever there are people, there always will be conflict. Managers have to deal with conflict in the work place every day. Conflict management is the ability to be able to identify and handle conflicts sensibly, fairly, efficiently & effectively.
While the general understanding of conflict is negative, if the same thing looked from a positive perspective, most innovations, improvement, growth & developments have happened because of conflict. If there were no conflicts, the world wouldn’t have been where it’s today; instead it would have been highly underdeveloped
Conflict, in a way is like energy; use it positively it can brighten-up world or use it negatively; it can destroy it as well. The difference is not in the form of conflict but the way it is managed by the leaders would determine the outcome.
1 day of 8 hours with 2 breaks of 15 minute each and 1 lunch break of 60 minutes or as required by the client
